Men’s Golf’s Adds Guerrero Ahead of 2025-26 Season

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Embry-Riddle Men's Golf received a third commitment, and a second transfer, prior to the 2025-26 season as Rafa Guerrero agreed to join the program. The incoming sophomore will be making a lengthy transition as he transfers in from NCAA I Cal Poly. He joins Christian Molina and Tunyatorn Tanapipatkulchai as the program's three commitments for next year.

A product of Sotogrande International School in Spain, Guerrero was a top-10 Spanish U16 player. He captured multiple wins at the Triple A European Invitational and earned victories on the UGPM Tour. Additionally, Guerrero was also selected to join the Blume National Golf Academy at the Spanish national training center and represented Andalusia in national competitions.

In his lone season as a Mustang, Guerrero competed in two tournaments and posted a 76.8 stroke average. A season-low round of 71 aided him to a T-30 finish at the Lyon's Links Invitational.

Guerrero plans to major in business administration.
