What advice would you give to current student-athletes in your sport? Trust your coaches and spend time with them off the field, graduate, never show weakness to your opponents, understand it is about the TEAM not you, spend time with your teamates off the field, show enthusiasm, and enjoy the ride!

What was the greatest life lesson you learned from your athletic career at ERAU? TEAM, toughness, and understanding to be responsible for your actions.
