B.E.S.T. Program

The BEST Academic Support for Student-Athletes

Academic assistance for student-athletes is supported by the generous contributions of the Braddock Family Foundation. The Braddock Educational Support Team (BEST Program) includes tutoring and mentoring by student-athlete Study Mentors. The BEST Study Connection meets three times per week in general study sessions, with Study Mentors available to help with Math, Physics, EGR, COM and a variety of other classes through the 200 level. Private tutoring is also available upon request. Study mentors can also help with time management and study skills. It's Eagles helping Eagles!

The BEST Study Connection meets:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. in the Baseball/Softball Clubhouse

Other Campus Academic Resources
The Academic Advancement Center
Located in the College of Arts & Sciences building, first floor.

Group tutoring in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and ES/EGR. The Writing Center offers help with COM courses. Supplemental Instruction sessions are offered in Math, Physics and Biology. Contact the A2 staff or the athletic department for a schedule.

The College of Business Study Center
Tutoring is available for the following courses:
• Accounting
• Economics
• Finance
• Management
• Marketing
• Information Systems

The Aviation Study Center
Located in the College of Aviation, room 144.
Tutoring is available in Flight and Aeronautical Science courses. Flight simulators and computers are available for use.
