OLATHE, Kan. - After an upset of No. 3 Mobile on Friday, the No. 19-seeded Embry-Riddle Eagles were knocked out of the 2007 NAIA Men's Soccer National Tournament on Saturday by #6 Concordia (Calif.).
Concordia (18-3) scored early off the boot of Jeff Clark. Mickey Mendosa set Clark up for the goal in the second minute of the game.
Jon Fahey added Concordia's second goal of the day in the 66th minute from Mike Mirzadeh.
Embry-Riddle did what it could to try and come back, as the Eagles had 25 shots in the game with 19 of them coming in the second half.
The Eagles finish their season with a record of 12-7-2.
