HOW IT HAPPENED
First Quarter

• The Eagles were just 17.6 percent (3-of-17) from the field and 0-for-6 from long range in the first 10 minutes.
• The Sailfish also struggled from the three-point line (0-of-4) and were 5-of-13 from the field.

Second Quarter
• Palm Beach Atlantic opened the second quarter on a 5-0 run to go up by nine (15-6).
• With the Eagles trailing by eight, Laurie Satchell made good on a second-chance opportunity to score her first basket of the night.
• Satchell's score triggered a 9-0 run that cut the Sailfish lead to one point (20-19).
• With 34 seconds left, Jean-Louis hit a jumper to tie the score.
• Jean-Louis, who was fouled in the act of shooting, missed the free throw, but Staton grabbed the rebound, finished the layup and knocked down a free throw of her own to give the Eagles their first lead of the evening (24-21).
• Palm Beach Atlantic used the entire shot clock to get the ball to Anabel Ellison who hit a three to tie the score at 24-24 at the half.

Third Quarter
• The third quarter featured four ties and six lead changes.
• The largest lead for either team was four points by the Eagles.
• The Eagles trailed by one point (35-34) with 3:15 left in the quarter, but a trey by Jenna Teterycz and a Staton bucket helped the Blue and Gold to a 39-35 lead heading into the final frame.

Fourth Quarter
• Palm Beach Atlantic scored the first basket of the fourth quarter, but a three by Sarah Napoli and a layup by Satchell extended the Eagle advantage to six points (44-38) with 7:08 remaining.
• A 4-0 spurt helped the Sailfish narrow the gap to 44-42, but that's as close as they would get as the Eagles shot 60 percent (6-of-10) from the field in the fourth to secure the four-point win.
