As A Junior in 2007: Started in 18 games...played mostly on the Eagles’ back line, but saw some action in the midfield...took just three shots on the year, two of which were on frame...the Eagle defense recorded five shutouts with Genge in the lineup...second team All-FSC selection...Daktronics-NAIA All-America Scholar Athlete...Academic All-FSC.

As A Sophomore in 2006: Played in all 20 matches with 19 starts...part of an Eagle defense that posted a 1.10 goals against average...Eagles posted six shutouts with Genge on the back line...second team All-Conference selection.

As A Freshman in 2005: Played in 14 matches with 10 starts as the Eagles’ right back...helped the Eagle defense to seven shutouts...tallied three points...registered his first collegiate goal and assist in the Eagles’ 3-1 win over Northwood (Oct. 11)...Academic All-Florida Sun Conference.

Prep: Graduated from Lausitzer Sportschule Cottbus in 2005...played club soccer for seven seasons with FC Energie Cottbus, which also produced two-time Embry-Riddle All-American, Matthias Mueller.

Personal: Born in March 17, 1986 in Berlin, Germany...son of Clemens and Christiane Genge...chose Embry-Riddle because of his interest in aviation and the reputation of the soccer program...majoring in Aviation Business Administration.
