Biography

2013: Had a breakout season for the Eagles as a junior...started in 56 games and appeared in 58...earned second team All-Conference honors...named to The Sun Conference All-Tournament team for his performance at the league’s tournament, collecting 10 hits, two RBIs and posting a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage at first base...hit .318 with 69 hits, 25 RBIs and 30 runs scored...went 7-for-13 on the bases and posted a .983 fielding percentage, mostly at first base...registered a hitting streak of 10 games (April 25 – May 11) and reached base in 15 consecutive games (April 19 – May 11)

2012: Used primarily as a courtesy or pinch runner...scored nine runs and collected one RBI as a sophomore.

2011: Hit .250 in four at-bats...appeared in eight games during his freshman season.

2010: Redshirted.

Prep: Graduated summa cum laude in 2009 from Mainland High School…played for coach Michael Burton as a four-year starter…captain in both junior and senior seasons…awarded the team MVP and Hitter awards his senior year…posted a .545 batting average with 18 RBI and 13 stolen bases in 2009.

Personal: Born in Daytona Beach, Fla. on Nov. 16, 1990...son of Frankie and Johnny Johnson…majoring in Business Administration.
