Biography

2014: Started in all 59 games he played in...hit .282 with 62 hits, 18 RBIs and 37 runs scored...tallied 11 steals and drew 24 walks...had 16 multi-hit games with a 4-for-5 effort in a win against Cumberland (March 11)...had seven hits, five RBIs and six runs scored in the series at Warner (Feb. 28-March 1).

2012-13 at Point University: Started in all 111 games he appeared in as a Skyhawk...collected 138 hits, 12 doubles, 37 RBIs, stole 34 bases and scored 86 runs in two seasons for Point...led the Skyhawks with a .342 batting average as a sophomore.

Prep: Graduated in 2011 from Leesburg High School where he played for Head Coach Dell Davis.

Personal: Born in Leesburg, Fla. on Aug. 17, 1992...parents are Tina and John Cavender...majoring in Business Administration.
