2016-17: Steve and Vicky Ridder Scholarship recipient...Eagles of Excellence Scholarship awardee. CROSS COUNTRY: Second Eagle finisher at the SSC Pre-Conference Meet (Sept. 10) in 26:03.58. INDOOR: Posted a career-best time of 8:33.53 in the 3,000m at the Samford Open (Feb. 11). OUTDOOR: Claimed four event titles during the outdoor season, including a career-best 5,000m time of 15:00.03 at the UNF Invitational (April 8)...placed second in the 3,000m in 8:51.61 at the Embry-Riddle First Chance-Last Chance (Feb. 18).

2015-16: Named one of 13 Eagles of Excellence Scholarship winners. INDOOR: Won the 5000m at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 23) in 15:20.66…best 3000m time of the indoor season came at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 31) when he placed third overall in 8:48.60. OUTDOOR: Finished second at the USF Invitational (March 12) in the 3000m in a season-best time of 8:45.65…ran a 15:11.81 in the 5000m at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 26) to place fourth.

2014-15: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all eight meets for the Eagles…one of the team’s top five finishers at seven of the squad’s eight meets…set a personal best time of 25:37.20 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 25) to become the 13th fastest runner in ERAU history…earned three top-ten finishes coming in ninth at the USF Invitational (Sept. 5), seventh at the ERAU ASICS Classic, and seventh at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 8)…his seventh-place finish at the TSC Championships earned him first team All-Conference honors…ERAU’s second finisher at the NAIA National Championships where he crossed the finish line in 26:26.70. INDOOR: Competed in the 5000m at the NAIA Indoor National Championships (March 7)…finished second in the 5000m with a time of 15:06.61 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 17)…career-best time of 8:43.20 in the 3000m came at the Hilton Garden Invitational (Jan. 31). OUTDOOR: Academic All-Conference honoree…All-Sun Conference performer in the 5000m thanks to a third-place finish of 16:24.64 at The Sun Conference Championships (April 19)…also ran in the 10,000m at the conference meet, finishing fourth in 33:39.71.

2013-14: CROSS COUNTRY – Raced in seven meets as a freshman…scored points as the fourth-fastest Eagle in 15:32.78 (5K) at the South Florida Invitational (Sept. 6)…best time of the season was a 27:42.01 at the Sand Shark Invite (Oct. 26)…best finish was 14th place in 28:56.84 at the ASICS Classic (Sept. 21)…competed at The Sun Conference Championships (Nov. 9) finishing in 39th overall in 28:02.64.  INDOOR: Placed sixth overall in the 3000m in 9:18.13 at the Embry-Riddle Indoor-Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 25)…finished in 9:03.53 in the 3000m at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 22). OUTDOOR: Ran in five meets during the outdoor season…fifth-place finish at The Sun Conference Championships (April 21) in the 3000m Steeplechase in a time of 10:22.52…posted his best 5,000m time of 16:01.90 at the FSU Relays (March 21).

PREP: Graduated from Milford High School in 2013 with Highest Academic Honors and the Board of Education Distinguished Achievement Award...ran under coach Brian Salyers for four seasons of cross country and track & field...also earned four letters in downhill skiing and was team captain as a senior...cross country squad captured the 2011 and 2012 Michigan Divison state championships...first team All-Area, second team All-County, second team All-Region and third team All-Conference as a senior...awarded the Captain’s Award in 2012, the Coaches’ Award in 2011 and the Most Improved Award in 2010...earned several Scholar-Athlete and Academic awards during his prep career.

PERSONAL: Born in Milford, Michigan...parents are Deborah and Ronald Graves...majoring in Aerospace Engineering...Eagle Scout...numerous community service and volunteering hours with the Boy Scouts, National Honor Society and Spanish Club.
