2022: CoSIDA Academic All-District...SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...pitched in 14 games with three starts...tallied 43.0 innings, striking out 26 batters and posting a 3.56 ERA...went 2-2 with one save...went six frames against Flagler (April 12), allowing just four hits and one run...struck out four Florida Tech hitters (April 16) in three innings.

2020: Pitched in four games, including two starts...went 3-0 with a 1.93 ERA in 14.0 innings of work...struck out 10 batters and held opponents to a .180 batting average...went five innings against West Virginia Wesleyan (March 4), surrendering just three hits...did the same at Tusculum (March 10).

2019: Posted a 3.71 ERA in 26.2 innings of work...went 2-1 in nine appearances, including four starts...went five shutout innings against Minnesota Crookston (March 3) to get the win...was magnificent on the road against No. 1 Tampa (April 5), helping the Eagles knock off the Spartans, pitching five innings, scattering six hits and one earned run with three strikeouts.

2018: Made 12 appearances with five starts...tossed a game at Lynn (April 21), going 6.1 innings, allowing one run on three hits to get the win.

Prep: 2017 graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School...led his team to the 2017 FHSAA 4A State Championship game...named to the 2017 FHSAA 4A All-State Team, 4A Academic All-State Team and a first team Pensacola News-Journal All-Area selection after going 8-0 with a 1.87 ERA on the mound...member of the 2016 district title team...posted a 14.2 record and 1.93 ERA in his prep career...also lettered in football and basketball.

Personal: Born in Charlotte, North Carolina...son of Clay and Stephanie Carrell...majoring in Aeronautics and Air Traffic Management.
