Biography

2012: Appeared in 12 games as a junior, primarily as a courtesy/pinch runner...collected one hit in three at-bats, driving in a run.

2010-11 at Thomas: Spent two seasons under Coach Mike Lee and the Night Hawks…hit .259 with seven RBIs and 10 runs scored as a sophomore…was converted to an outfielder from a pitcher after his freshman season…went 1-0 in 4.0 innings of work during 2010.
 
Prep: 2009 graduate of Spruce Creek High School…played under former Eagle Johnny Goodrich…named the Derek LaMontagne Scholar Athlete Award winner….earned the Ed Lucas Leadership Award.
 
Personal: Born in Orlando, Fla. on July 2, 1991…son of Shari and Barry Tressler…father Barry played football at Union (Ky.)…majoring in Safety Science…worked as a reading mentor and volunteered at the Red Cross.
