2013: Appeared in 14 games with eight starts...went 5-2 with a 3.15 ERA in 54.1 innings...struck out 39 batters and allowed 39 hits...got the win in a six-inning outing against Bellevue (Mar. 3), striking out four Bruins in a 4-2 win.

2010-11 at Seminole State College: As a sophomore appeared in 13 games including five starts...struck out 20 batters in 31.1 innings of work.

Prep: 2009 graduate of Edgewater High School...played for coaches Chip Geirke and Willy Bond...named an Under Armour All-American...earned first team All-Conference honors as a pitcher.

Personal: Born in Edison, N.J. on Aug. 16, 1990...son of Kathleen and David Johnson...majoring in Business Administration.
