2015: Went 8-4 with a 4.52 ERA in 18 appearances, including 12 starts…pitched 73.2 innings with 82 strikeouts and one save…threw 7.0 innings with nine strikeouts, allowing just two runs at USCB (March 21)…struck out a season-high 10 batters at Florida Memorial (April 11)…picked up the win in a seven-inning start against Ave Maria (Feb. 28), allowing just one run on five hits with nine Ks.

2014: Second team All-Conference performer on the mound...went 8-4 with a 2.42 ERA in 19 appearances, 14 of which were starts...pitched 89.1 innings with two complete games and three shutouts...held opponents to just a .186 batting average with 81 strikeouts...Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week (March 31) after a two-day complete game shutout of Ave Maria where he allowed just two hits with 11 strikeouts...struck out 10 batters in seven innings against Southeastern (May 4)...threw a complete game shutout against Florida Memorial (April 5), holding the Lions to two hits while fanning six...allowed just five total extra-base hits on the season.

2013: Redshirted.

2012: Made four appearances with two starts as a true freshman...threw 10.0 innings with a 4.50 ERA...earned the win in the Eagles’ win against Aquinas (Mich. (Mar. 8), scattering six hits over five innings of work.

Prep: Graduated from East Ridge High School in 2011 with honors…played for coaches David Bultema and Darryl Blackall…boasted a prep career ERA of 1.19 with a 5-2 record and six saves…worked 94.1 innings with 133 strikeouts…named the team CY Young Winner as both a junior and senior…US Army Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2011.
 
Personal: Born in Orlando, Fla. on Dec. 17, 1992…parents are Jewell and Scott Tufts…majoring in Applied Meteorology…volunteered at the National Training Center assisting in baseball camps for young children.
