2022 (Senior): Tabbed as a National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-America Scholar-Athlete…received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…included on the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…started all 46 of the Eagles’ games at second base…possessed a .268 average with the second-highest slugging percentage on the team (.416)…led the squad in RBI (36), also second most in the SSC, and had the lowest strikeout percentage (.067)…also recorded the second-most home runs (4) and third-most doubles (8)…notched 82 putouts and 43 assists…pushed the game-winning run across the plate in the bottom of the seventh against Nova Southeastern (Feb. 25)…set a career-high with four RBI on two hits in a 9-1 win over Lynn (April 9)…went a perfect 3-for-3 against No. 6 Tampa (May 12) in the NCAA II Regional…accumulated the fifth most RBI (36) and tied for the sixth-most home runs in a single season (4)…finished fifth all-time in home runs (7), fifth in RBI (74), sixth in total bases (155), sixth in games started (122), seventh in games played (128), seventh in doubles (20), eighth in hits (110), and tied for eighth in runs (63).

2021: Named to Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2020 (Junior): Received SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll distinction…started all 24 games for the Eagles...finished second on the team in batting with a .382 average...tallied 29 hits, 16 runs, four doubles, a triple and a homerun...19 RBI were second-most on club...recorded eight multi-hit games, including a trio of three-hit contests...had five games with two RBI and drove in a run in 14 games...went 4-10 with an RBI, a double and five runs scored in series against Barry (Feb. 21-22)...hit a two-run inside-the-park homerun against Queens (N.C.) (March 3)...went 4-9 with two runs and 3 RBI in series with Eckerd (March 6-7)...had a walk-off two-out two-run single in the bottom of the seventh to defeat Hillsdale (Mich.) on March 11.

2019 (Sophomore): Played in 33 games, including 29 starts…earned All-SSC second team honors…batted .300 in 90 at-bats…totaled 27 hits, 16 runs and 14 RBI…tied for the team lead with two home runs…her home run at Flagler (April 24) was the go-ahead run, leading to an Eagle win…went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs and a home run against Barry (April 27)…went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run and one double against Nova Southeastern (March 2)…ended the season on a four game hit streak…finished the year with a 1.000 fielding percentage.

2018 (Freshman): Played in 25 games, including 23 starts…recorded a .206 batting average in 68 at-bats…tallied seven runs, two doubles and five RBI…had two-hit games against Eckerd (Feb. 17), Nova Southeastern (Feb. 24) and Lynn (April 14)…had a six-game hit streak in February.

Prep: Graduate of Miramar High School in June 2017…posted a career high .588 batting average with six homeruns as a senior…named captain and first team All-County…earned Rookie of the Year distinction as a freshman…team MVP for three consecutive years.

Personal: Born in Aventura, Florida…daughter of Robin and Theresa Drayton…brother Jake Welch played baseball at Bethune-Cookman…received bachelor’s degree in Global Conflict Studies in May 2021…pursuing a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Management.
