2025: Appeared in 10 games, including six starts with a 2-2 record...posted a 3.72 ERA across 38.2 innings...recorded 34 strikeouts to only 10 walks...tossed a career high seven innings, struck out seven and gave up just three hits to earn the win vs. Valdosta State (Feb. 7)...pitched two innings in relief against Minn. Duluth, struck out two and allowed just one hit, did not surrender a run (March 13).

At Central Florida (2021-24): Made 22 appearances with a, 2-2 record, one save with with 40 strikeouts, 18 walks and a 5.45 ERA in 36.1 innings as a freshman...sat out the next three seasons with an injury.

Prep: Graduated from Spruce Creek High School in 2020…2019 News-Journal First Team All-Area after striking out 58 while issuing just two walks with a 7-2 record and a 1.06 ERA in 46 innings as a junior.

Personal: Born in Daytona Beach, Fla....parents are Justine and Glen Bennett...majoring in business administration.
