As a Junior in 2009: First team All-American…first team All-Conference selection…Academic All-Conference honoree…second team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District…started each of the 21 contests he played in…finished second in the Eagle lineup with points with 22…team leader in assists with eight…scored seven goals, including one game-winner…first goal of the season was against William Carey (Aug. 22)…tallied six points on two goals and two assists against Florida Memorial (Sept. 1)…also registered a pair of assists against Shorter (Sept. 5)…named The Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 7…totaled four points on a goal and two assists against Johnson and Wales (Sept. 8)…assisted on the game-winning goal against Nova Southeastern (Oct. 3)…scored the game-winner against Savannah College of Art and Design (Oct. 10)…sealed ERAU’s 2-0 defeat of Northwood with a goal in the 84th minute (Oct. 13)…played for Forest City London in London, Ontario Canada during the summer of 2009...team tied for the lead in the Great Lakes Division of the Premier Development League...led the squad in minutes played with 1,283...finished with two goals and seven assists.

As a Sophomore in 2008:
Captained the squad in 2008…started in 18 games at center midfield…tallied 11 points on the season with four goals and three assists …scored the Eagles’ first two goals of the season in a 2-0 shutout of Rollins (Aug. 28)…registered his first collegiate assist against Mobile (Sept. 19)…netted the first goal of the game against conference foe Northwood on Oct. 21…took 47 shots on the year, 22 of which were on frame…first team All-Conference selection…Academic All-Conference.

Prep: Graduated from Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in 2004, alma mater of head coach David Gregson and former players John Haworth and Danny McNally ...team won the Independent Schools Football Association Cup in 2004...also played 11 years with the Blackburn Rovers Football club.

Born in Preston, England on May 16, 1988...son of Phil and Gwen Woods...majoring in Business Administration…2010-11 Champions of Character scholarship recipient.
