Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

2014: Second team All-Sun Conference defender…named a CoSIDA Academic All-District first team honoree as well as an Academic All-Conference selection and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete…started all 15 games for Embry-Riddle, solidifying a backline that allowed just 1.13 goals per game and a .070 shot percentage with four shutouts.

As a Sophomore in 2013: CoSIDA Academic All-District selection…Academic All-Conference honoree…started in all 18 contests, playing in 1,539 minutes…helped lead an Eagle defense that recorded nine shutouts on the year, allowing just 18 goals to opponents.

As A Freshman in 2012: Earned a spot in the Eagles’ first 11…limited by injury to just 12 appearances…named to the ERAU Athletics President’s team, which recognizes student-athletes with a 3.5 or better GPA for the academic year.

Prep: Graduated from Wald-Oberschule in 2012…played for the SCC Berlin (2001-05) and Hertha BSC Berlin (2005-12) club programs…captained Herth BSC Berlin to the 2006-07 and 2008-09  Berlin Championships as well second place finishes at B-Youth Bundesliga and the German Championship….helped the Berlin Selection team to first place in a 2008 international tournament in Tokyo, Japan…BSC Berlin earned three top four finishes in the NOFV Country Cup of Germany, placing first in 2009, and fourth in 2010 and 2011.

Personal: Born in Berlin, Germany on Jan. 2, 1994…parents are Uwe and Barbara Gerber…majoring in Business Administration.
