2020-21: Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar…named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…CROSS COUNTRY: Raced in two meets with a season-best time of 28:26 at the Daytona Dual (Jan. 30). OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets…posted a PR of 9:07.74 in the 3000m at the ERAU First Chance Last Chance meet (Feb. 20)…also ran a personal best time of 4:02.16 in the 1500m to score three points for the Eagles at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 30-May1).
 
2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the Sunshine State Commissioner’s Honor Roll…ran in all six meets...posted the best 8K time of his career of 26:22.4 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Oct. 5)...the best 10K time of his career happened at the NCAA II South Regional (Nov. 9) when he finished in 35:00.6...SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. INDOOR: Ran in three meets, including the Gamecock Opener (Jan. 18) where he set a personal-best in the 3,000m (9:14.75).

2018-19: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets for the Eagles...finished in a career-best 27:33.6 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 20)...placed 41st overall at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 27:25.63. INDOOR: Ran personal-best 4:29.62 in the mile at the USC Open Indoor (Feb. 16)…also helped the distance medley relay team to a first-place time of 10:47.71 at the same meet. OUTDOOR: Posted a career-best time of 4:05.01 in the 1500m at the Tampa Track Classic (March 1)…clocked a personal record in the 800m with a time of 1:59.15 at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (March 30)…finished in the points with an eighth-place time of 4:10.74 in the 1500m at the Peach Belt Championships (April 18-20).

2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets as a rookie…posted a season-best time of 28:11.2 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 23), finishing ninth on the Eagle team…finished 40^thoverall at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (Oct. 21) in 28:23.99). INDOOR: Competed in four meets, posting season-best times in the 1,000m (2:46.68) at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance (Feb. 17) and the Mile (4:39.11) at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker. OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets...posted a time of 9:53.88 in the 3,000m at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge (March 17)...finished in 4:12.34 in the 1,500m at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (March 23).

Prep: 2017 graduate of Navarre High School...ran a prep career-best 16:32 in the 5k as a senior...member of the Navarre High School Student Government Association...National Honor Society member...served on the Navarre Marine Sanctuary Committee.

Personal: Born in Clearwater, Florida...son of Andy and Lisa Epstein...majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
