2026: INDOOR: Competed in five meets... placed first in the heptathlon and set a PR of 4913 points at the Alachua County Sports and Event Center Invitational and Mult (Jan. 23-24)... first place in the distance medley relay at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational (Jan. 31 - Feb. 1)... placed second in the heptathlon at the SC Triangle Classic (Feb. 20-21)... Set PRs in the 60m hurdles (8.23) and the high jump (1.84m) at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 23). OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet... placed first in the 110m hurdles with a PR of 14.59 and set a PR in the discus throw of 37.02m at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (Mar. 7). 

2025: INDOOR: Competed in four meets... placed third in the 60m hurdles at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17)... OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets... placed first in the 4x100 at the Terry Long FSU Relays (Mar. 27-28)... set a PR in the decathlon with 6547 points and placed second at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (Apr. 3-5)... placed first in the 110m hurdles and 4x100 at the SSC Conference Championship (Apr. 19)... placed first in the decathlon and second in the 110m hurdles at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Apr. 28-29).  

2024: INDOOR: Competed in five meets…placed second in the heptathlon at the Celebration Pointe Classic (2/3/24) with a career best score of 3,631 points… helped the 4x400m relay place first at the Florida University Last Chance meet (2/9/24)…at the Peach Belt Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/19/24), he helped the 4x400m relay place second and earned a PB in the 60m hurdles with 9.17s. OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets…won gold at the PBC Track and Field Championships (4/30/34) in the decathlon with 5709 points.
 
Prep: 2023 graduate of Castle High School…set personal bests of 11.2 in the 100m, 22.57 in the 200m, 39.70 in the 300m hurdles, 49.50 in the 400m, 16.68 in the 110m hurdles. 145-5 in the javelin and 17-4 in the long jump…team captain in his senior year.

Personal: Born in Berkeley, California…parents are Desi Speh, Anna Sanders, Gaby Speh, Erick Sanders…majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
