2012-13: INDOOR – Competed in five meets in his first season for the Eagles…placed fourth with a season-best 1:25.02 in the 600m at the ERAU Challenge (Jan. 20)…member of the winning 4x400m relay team…placed third in the 400m in 50:46 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 27)…ran in the distance medley relay finished in sixth and the 4x400m finishing in third at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 9)…placed second in the 400m in a season-best 49.92 at the ERAU Last Chance meet (Feb. 16)…won the 4x400m relay at ERAU Last Chance…competed in the 4x400m relay at the NAIA Indoor National Championships (March 2). OUTDOOR: Competed in three meets for the Blue and Gold…placed fourth in a season-best time of 54.37 in the 400m hurdles at the USF Bulls Invite (March 15)…member of the 4x400m relay team that placed first at the ERAU Spikes Classic (April 6)…placed 15th with a 52.73 mark in the 400m at FSU Twilight (May 3).

AT ALLEN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Competed for two years at Allen County Community College…broke the school record in the 600m with a 1:14.47 as a freshman.
 
PREP: 2008 graduate of Hardee Senior High School…holds school records in the 300m hurdles (39.31), 110m hurdles (15.71) and the triple jump (12.60m)…served as team captain.
 
PERSONAL: Born in Wauchula, Fla. on Sept. 9, 1989…son of Lafontant Frenot and Deanna Minnis…majoring in Homeland Security.
