Biography
2020-21: OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets…won the 3000m Steeplechase in a person-best time of 9:56,22 at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite…took home the bronze medal in the 3000m Steeplechase (10:02.58) at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 30 – May 1).
Prep: 2020 graduate of Mountlake Terrace High School...served as cross country team captain (2018-20)...led his cross country team to a fourth-place finish at the 2018 Washington State Championships...first team All-Wesco Region in 2019...school record holder in the 2k steeplechase...Junior Olympic All-American in the 2k steeplechase...second-place award winner at the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair in 2020.
Personal: Born in Seattle, Washington...son of Charlene and Ryan Beam...Eagle Scout...volunteered at Silver Lake Cub Scout Camp and Terrace Park Elementary.
