2024: Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar. OUTDOOR: Bettered his own Embry-Riddle record in the javelin with a throw of 69.14m at the NCAA II Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/23/24)… NCAA II Outdoor All-American (First Team)…competed in 10 meets…earned first place in the javelin at the Bob Hayes Spring Invitational (3/16/24)… won at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (3/30/24) and South Florida Invitational (4/6/24) in the javelin… at the PBC Track & Field Championship (4/30/24), he won the gold medal for the second year in a row… competed at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/23/24) finishing in fourth place with his program record throw.

2021-22: USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region selection…D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar… Peach Belt Conference Team of Academic Distinction. INDOOR: Had a PR of 27.82m (91-3) in the discus at the Ansin Track & Field Invitational #1 (Feb. 19)…also won the javelin (47.51m (155-10)) at that meet. OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets…personal record of 6.16m (20-2.5) in the long jump came at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (April 1-2)…Peach Belt Conference javelin champion with a throw of 55.82m (183-2) (April 22-23)…posted a PR of 58.42m (191-8) in the javelin at the Lee University Last Chance meet (May 14).

PREP: 2021 graduate of Windermere High School…2021 FHSAA Class 4A Region 3 javelin throw champion…won the javelin throw at seven different meets in 2021…recorded personal bests of 57.7m in the javelin throw and 6.40m in the long jump.
 
PERSONAL: Born in California…son of Charles and Daryllynn Flournoy…majoring in Aeronautical Business…desires to be an Air Force or commercial pilot…spent time coaching kids in flag football.
