Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics

As a Junior in 2015: Earned Academic All-Sun Conference honors...appeared in 27 games, starting 22...made 15 starts in right field and seven at DP...collected 10 hits, including a double and a triple...drove in seven runs and scored three...also walked 13 times...went 5-for-13 with two RBIs and a run scored at The Sun Conference Tournament (April 30-May 1).

As a Sophomore in 2014: Saw action in 19 games, starting five…played right field…hit .240 with six hits and three RBIs…went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs against Martin Methodist (March 9).

As a Freshman in 2013: Appeared in 17 games with nine starts…played all three outfield positions as well as first base…collected two hits, six walks and five runs scored…went 1-for-1 with a walk and two runs scored in a 4-2 win over Bellevue (March 1).

Prep: Graduated from Bellaire High School in 2012 where she was coached by Brien Tuffly and Roxanne Perez… helped her team to the 5A Regional softball finals in 2011…played two season of travel ball with the Texas Peppers 18U Gold team…earned three varsity letters in swimming…National Honor Society…finished third in a National Spanish Exam.
 
Personal: Born in Houston, Texas on Oct. 2, 1994…parents are Duane and Janice Heuer…Business Administration major.
 
Reason for Choosing Embry-Riddle: "I chose Embry-Riddle because I want to be a successful student-athlete and I believe the environment at ERAU encourages athletes to excel academically. It didn't hurt that it is located in Daytona Beach."
