2022-23: D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award...Played in 22 games with five starts...averaged 4.0 points, 3.3 boards and 0.7 assists in 13.6 minutes per game...posted 10-point performances against Saint Leo (Feb. 4) and Palm Beach Atlantic (Feb. 8)...pulled down a season-high seven rebounds against Barry (Jan. 25) and again against Rollins (Feb. 22).

At Belmont Abbey: Played three full seasons for the Crusaders…graduated with a 3.93 GPA in Elementary Education…helped BAC to the 2020-21 Conference Carolinas regular season and tournament titles…the Crusaders also won the regional crown and advanced to the 2021 NCAA II National Tournament Elite 8…BAC also won the CC regular season title and made a national tournament appearance in 2019-20…started all 27 games as a senior, averaging 3.4 points in 21.5 minutes per game…led the Crusaders on the boards with 8.5 rebounds per contest.  
 
Prep: Graduated from The First Academy in 2018.
 
Personal: Born in Orlando, Florida…parents are Victor and Natalie Thomas…pursuing a master’s degree in Human Factors.
