2025 (Sophomore): Ran in all four regular season meets and SSC Championships... Placed 8th in ERAU Cross Country Classic... Set PRs in 4K (15:30.5 - Swan City Cross Country Classic, Sept. 6), and 5K (20:12.7 - ERAU Cross Country Classic, Sept. 13)
2024 (Freshman): Ran all five events for the Eagles as a freshman…Set initial PRs in the 5K (21:23.4) at the ERAU XC Classic (Sept. 21) and the 6K (24:11.4) at the SSC Championships (Oct. 25)
Prep: Graduated from Yorkville High School in 2024…two-time All-State in the 4x800m… holds Yorkville High Schools 800m record (2:19:44).
Personal: Born in Yorkville, Illinois… parents are Ashley and Anthony Triner…majoring in aerospace engineering.
