2022: Ran in four meets...posted a season-best 5K time of 19:44.9 at the UAH Invitational (Oct. 22)...finished 12th overall at the Eastern Florida State Fall Classic (Sept. 10).
Prep: 2022 graduate of George H.W. Bush New Tech Odessa High School...ran her first three prep seasons at Permian High School...captained both cross country and track teams as a senior...earned All-District honors in cross country as a sophomore...qualified for regionals in both 2020 and 2021...member of the National Honors Society.
Personal: Born in Springfield, Missouri...daughter of Nichole and Mark Mathis...majoring in Aerospace Engineering...volunteered with the West Texas Food Bank, Elle Noel Art Museum, Odessa Teen Court, and Upward Basketball to earn Texas Scholars Honors at graduation.
