2019-20: CROSS COUNTRY: First team All-Sunshine State Conference and All-South Region performer...two-time SSC Runner of the Week...Eagles' top finisher in every race she ran...posted three top-10 finishes, putting her career total up to 21...runner-up at the ASICS Embry-Riddle Classic (Sept. 21) in 19:04.1...best 5K time of the year came at the Charles Bowles Invitational (Oct. 5) when she finished sixth overall in 18:15.2...placed fourth at the SSC Championships (Oct. 26), earning All-Championship Team accolades.

CROSS COUNTRY: Had one of the best individual seasons in Embry-Riddle cross country history...became the program's first-ever NCAA II All-American with a 31st-place finish at the NCAA II National Championship (Dec. 1) in 23:22.3...SSC Runner of the Year...NCAA II South Region Runner of the Year...first team All-SSC and SSC All-Championship honoree after winning the individual crown at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 21:52.71...ran the fastest 6K time in program history (21:18.61) at the NCAA II South Region (Nov. 17), becoming the first regional champion in program history...posted the third-fastest 5K time in school history at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 22) in 17:30.61...in total, had five top-10 finishes and ran two of the six-fastest 5K times in team history. 2016-17: Cross Country: Redshirted. Indoor: Redshirted. Outdoor: Ran in seven meets for the Eagles...ran season-best times in the 800m (2:27.66), 1,500m (4:47.00) and 5,000m (18:10.53) at the UNF Invitational (April 8), USF Invitational (April 22) and UNF Invitational, respectively...member of the 4x800m relay team that took first at the Florida Division 2 Challenge (March 25) in 9:51.39.
2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets as a freshman…top Eagle finisher in four events…never finished lower than 10th overall…led ERAU to a team victory with a third-place 19:35.80 at the Moccasin Invitational (Sept. 25)…placed sixth at the Florida State Invitational (19:02.70) to help the Eagles to a first-place finish (Oct. 2)…finished second with a time of 19:19.00 at the ASICS ERAU Classic, helping Embry-Riddle to another team win…posted a season-best time of 18:29.68 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 24). INDOOR: Finished third in both the Mile (5:43.55) and 1000m (3:21.13) at the Embry-Riddle Indoor/Outdoor Challenge (Jan. 23)…helped the Distance Medley Relay team finish second in 13:01.10 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 31) where she also set a personal-best time of 1:47.62 in the 600m…finished in 5:21.47 in the Mile at the Samford Open (Feb. 13)…set a pair of collegiate-best times at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (Feb. 20) in the 3000m (10:46.59) and the 800m (2:30.19). OUTDOOR: Placed third in both the 800m (2:32.00) and 1500m (5:16.24) at the ERAU/West Virginia Wesleyan Dual (Feb. 27)…finished as the runner-up in the 1500m at the USF Invitational (March 12) in 4:53.31…part of the 4x800m relay team that placed second in 9:58.03 at the Florida DII Intercollegiate Invitational (April 16).
Prep: 2015 graduate of Buchholz High School with a 4.0 GPA...ran for coaches Ron Norris and Mike Maren...qualified for the FHSAA state meet in both cross country and track as a senior...served as team captain in 2014...posted a prep-best 18:59.70 in the 5K as a senior...participant in the Senior All-Star meet.
