Biography
2024-25 (Freshman): Contributed to the program’s first-ever NCAA II title with a third-place result in fours at the national championship (May 30)…earned the program’s first medal of the season by finishing third at the Head of the Schuylkill (Oct. 26) in freshman eights…captured SSC Boat of the Week accolades in the varsity four shell that won a stacked Saturday final at the UCO Invite (April 5) against four ranked opponents…took gold in DII fours at the FIRA Championships (March 29) by nine seconds…also won in freshman/novice eights at that same regatta…the two victories aided the Eagles in capturing a second-straight state title.
Prep: 2024 graduate of Florida Virtual School…earned runner-up results at the state championships for two-consecutive years…served as team captain during junior season.
Personal: Born in Jacksonville, Florida…parents are Kit and Jane Carter…majoring in aerospace physiology…desires to become a Navy aerospace and operational physiologist.
