Biography
As a Junior in 2011: Played in 21 of the Eagles’ 22 matches, drawing 17 starts…started the year on the Eagles’ back line before making the transition to the midfield midway through the 2011 campaign…totaled three shots on frame.
As a Sophomore in 2010: Started in 18 of 19 games for Embry-Riddle…saw action as both a defender and midfielder…scored two goals with one assist for five total points on the year…scored the Eagles’ only goal in a 1-1 tie with Webber International (Sept. 26)…helped her team to nine shutouts on the year.
As a Freshman in 2009: Appeared in all 20 games with 12 starts…scored two goals and tallied two assists…took 10 shots, five of which were on goal…scored the game-winning goal against Florida Memorial (Oct. 2)…took one shot against SCAD and made it count for her second goal of the season (Oct. 7)…recorded an assist in each of the Eagles’ wins against Shorter (Sept. 5) and Webber International (Sept. 27).
Prep: Graduated from Normal Community High School in 2009 where she was a two-sport athlete lettering in soccer and golf...led the Ironmen women's soccer team to a number of titles, including the 2007 regional championship, the 2009 Big 12 Conference championship and Intercity crowns in 2007 and 2009… also led the team to a program best 24-2 overall record in 2009, capturing the team’s Best Defender and Leadership Awards…2009 honorable mention Big 12…helped the Central Illinois Select club team to four team titles in three seasons…Big 12 Scholar-Athlete and the recipient of the soccer Team Player Award…team captain for both soccer and golf …finished 46th overall at the state golf tournament...recipient of the golf team’s MVP and Sportsmanship awards…earned the Prairie State Achievement Award in Science and the Engineering Notebook Award…a member of the German National Honor Society.
