Rachel Phillips enters her first season as a graduate assistant coach in 2026 after spending the previous four seasons as a manager for the Eagles' women's soccer program.

During her time with the program, ERAU won three conference championships, including the 2023 squad that captured both the regular-season and conference tournament titles. The Eagles also advanced to the national tournament in each of her four seasons as a manager.

Phillips earned her bachelor's degree in Human Factors Psychology from Embry-Riddle in May 2026 and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Leadership.
