2020 Women's Soccer Roster
Biography
Embry-Riddle women's soccer head coach
Samantha Bohon announced the signing of Emmy Herrick to a National Letter of Intent on September 1, 2015. Herrick was paired up with the ERAU women's soccer team through Team IMPACT.
Â
Herrick is a seven-year-old from Ormond Beach who was diagnosed with a gastro-intestinal disorder at an early age, which requires her to use a feeding tube to help her colon function properly. She also has sensory processing disorder where her growth motor skills are a bit delayed. Emmy is working hard at both occupational and physical therapy to help improve her growth motor responses.
Herrick enjoys learning about dinosaurs, space and planes, and loves chicken and burgers. Her favorite number is three, her favorite TV shows are Teen Titans and SpongeBob, and her favorite movie is Sponge out of Water. She also loves animals and enjoys catching tadpoles in the stream behind her house (she is keeping 13 of the tadpoles she caught this summer in her fish tank at home).
Â
Like many across the country, Herrick enjoyed watching Team USA in the World Cup this summer and is very excited to be a part of the Embry-Riddle women's soccer team.
