Blank Notes: I coached Jess when she was twelve years old, and even then she had something special. Each year she takes her game up a level. Last season, once she took responsibility for scoring our goals, she began to take over games. She's got great pace and is very good on the dribble, but it is her ability to turn a ball that amazes me. She pulls off these techniques that I'm sure no one has ever taught her, because I've never seen anyone else use them. Most importantly, she's a goal scorer. She's not the type of player who scores the fifth goal in a 5-0 win. She scores the tough goals during the big games. She's our all-time leading scorer and she'll add to that before she's done. She's also the team comedienne.

Junior 2005: Led team in scoring for third consecutive year (10-5-25)....Became ERAU’s all time leading goal scorer with a marker against Webber International...enters senior season just six points shy of tying career point mark...All-FSC, All-Region, and Honorable Mention All-American.

Sophomore 2004: Played in 18 matches with 17 starts…the Eagles’ leading scorer (15-5-35)…led the squad in game winners with eight…recorded hat tricks against Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) on Aug. 28 and Warner Southern on Sept. 18…tallied seven points with three goals and an assist against Embry-Riddle (Ariz.)…second-team All-America selection…first-team All-Conference…named to the All-Region team...Regional tournament MVP...scored 3 of ERAU’s 4 tournament goals.

Freshman 2003:Started in all 18 matches…led the squad in points (24) including a hat-trick against Warner Southern (Sept. 17), a pair of two goal games in Eagle wins against Belhaven (Sept. 26) and WIU (Oct. 15) with the game-winning goal against Webber International…first team All-Conference…conference Freshman of the Year…All-Region selection…honorable mention All-American.

HS/Prep: 2003 graduate of Deltona High School...a four year starter...notched 117 goals and 32 assists...first team All-Area freshman, sophomore, and senior year...team captain and MVP in 2003...Athlete of The Year 2003...played for Stetson Futbol Association and for Ormond Beach Waves.

Personal: Born Feb. 3, 1985 in Miami, Fla...daughter of Sergio and Madelin Garcia...Majoring in Aviation Business.
