Biography
As a Junior in 2014: Appeared in 19 matches with 17 starts…tallied nine points with three goals and three assists…scored the game-winning goal in a 3-0 win against South Carolina Beaufort (Oct. 12)…also netted the game-winner in a 2-1 win over Benedictine in the national quarterfinals (Dec. 3).
As A Sophomore in 2013: Competed in all 22 matches, drawing six starts…finished sixth on the team in points with 11…scored three goals and contributed five assists…turned in a three-point performance, scoring the game-winning goal and adding an assist against Warner (Sept. 29)…contributed to all three goals in a 3-0 win over SCAD Savannah in The Sun Conference Tournament quarterfinals (Nov. 9), netting the game-winner and assisting on the other two scores.
As a Freshman in 2012: Rebounded from an early season injury to play in 15 games with four starts in the Eagles’ midfield… totaled seven points on two goals and three assists…tallied three points on a goal and an assist against Southeastern in her first collegiate appearance (Aug. 18)…had another three-point performance with a goal and an assist against Webber International (Oct. 5).
Prep: 2012 graduate of the Commercial College of Iceland where she was a teammate of former Eagle Rebekka Gisladottir…played 78 games and tallied nine goals in three seasons with the KR Senior club team…helped the U-20 team to the second division championship and the Visa Cup finals in 2010…U-20 team MVP (2009)…a member of the Icelandic U-17 national squad that competed in the Nordica Cup and the European Championship in 2008.
