2026: INDOOR: Competed in five meets... placed first in the distance medley relay at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational (Jan 31. - Feb. 1)... first place finish in the distance medley relay at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 23). OUTDOOR: placed first in the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (Mar. 7) in the 4x100 and while finishing first in the 400m set a PR of 55.75... placed first in the 4x400 at the Peach Belt Conference Championshiop (May 1-2). 

2025: SSC Commissioners Honor Roll... USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region (4x400m)... PBC Indoor Track Athlete of the Year... PBC Indoor Freshman Track Athlete of the Year. INDOOR: Competed in four meets this season...at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational College (Feb. 1) she was apart of the 4x400 winning team and second place in the 600m with a time of 1:40.38... she went undefeated at the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) winning gold in the 200m (25.03), 400m (57.03) and 4x400 (3:59.62). OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets...on March 8th she won the 4x100m (48.15), 4x400m (3:56.66) and 400m with a personal best 56.63... at the inaugural Sunshine State Conference Track Championship (4.19) she achieved first place in the 4x100m (47.63) and third in the 200m (25.58)... she won gold in the 400m (57.59) at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship on April 28-29 while also running a personal best of 25.00 in the 200m.

Prep: 2024 graduate of Heritage High School.
 
Personal: Born in Palm Bay, Florida… daughter of Loraine Changoo and Roderick Best… majoring in aerospace physiology.
