2025: INDOOR: Competed in three meets... achieved a PB of 2.95m in the pole vault at the Jimmy Carnes Track and Field (Jan. 17)... cleared the bar at 1.45m in the high jump at the RADD Sports Invitational College Teams.

Prep: 2024 graduate of Swansboro High School.
 
Personal: Born in Swansboro, North Carolina… daughter of Donna Panos and Mary Powell…majoring in human factors psychology.
