2025: PBC Team of Academic Distinction. OUTDOOR: competed in six meets... threw a personal best 12.10m in the shot put at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (Mar. 8).

2022-23: Peach Belt Conference Field Athlete of the Year…USTFCCCA/NCAA II OUTDOOR All-Region in 100m hurdles, Javelin and Heptathlon…Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...College Sports Communicators Academic All-District ...USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete. INDOOR: Came in first place in the 100m hurdles at the Tampa Spartans Classic (March 2). OUTDOOR: Came in first place in the 110m hurdles at the Embry Riddle First Chance Last Chance (Feb 18)… came in first place in the long jump (5.73m), shot put and javelin, setting personal records of 11.99m and 39.21m in the latter two in her victory in the heptathlon in the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic and Multi College (March 30-April 1)…finished in first in the javelin in the South Florida Invitational…won the conference championship with a time of 14.97 100m hurdles while setting personal bests of 5.64m in the long jump and 26.25 in the 200m at the 2023 Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship.

2021-22: D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…USTFCCCA All-Academic Team…CoSIDA Academic All-District…Peach Belt Conference Team of Academic Distinction…Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar. INDOOR: USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region in the pentathlon and 60m hurdles…set an Embry-Riddle career record in the pentathlon with 3,047 points at the JDL February Multi & Track Meet (Feb. 7-8)...recorded a career-best of 60m at the U of SC Indoor Open (Feb. 18). OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region in the heptathlon, javelin and 100m hurdles…competed in nine meets…secured first place and set PRs of 38.10m (125’ 0”) in the javelin and 26.27 seconds in the 200m at the Spring Break Invitational at IMG (March 18)... took home the gold medal and recorded a PR of 5.59m (1.8) in the long jump at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic (April 1-2)...recorded career bests in the shot put (11.61m) and the 100m (12.26) at the Peach Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships (April 22-23) …set an Embry-Riddle record of 4,769 points in the heptathlon at the UMO Multis Meet (May 12-13).
 
2021: USTFCCCA All-Academic Team…Peach Belt Conference Team of Academic Distinction…2021-22 Daniel L. and Bee Wallenborn Endowed Scholarship recipient. OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region selection in the heptathlon and 100m hurdles…competed in all seven meets…set an ERAU record of 4398 points to win gold in the heptathlon at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 30-May 1)…placed second in the 100m hurdles in a career-best time of 14.28 at the PBC Championships…bettered her ERAU heptathlon record with 4,544 points at the Mount Olive First Chance and Multi (May 14-15).

2019-20 (at Iowa Western CC): Placed sixth in the heptathlon with 4121 points at the 2019 NJCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field Championship…won the high jump (1.61m/5-3.25) at the 2020 NJCAA Region XI Indoor Championships and finished second in the pentathlon with 3154 points at the 2020 NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships…both were personal best marks.
 
Prep: Graduated from Springer Memorial Secondary School in May 2018.
