Callison Foreman was announced as the assistant coach for the Eagles' women's lacrosse program in October 2026.
Foreman joined the coaching staff after being on the roster from 2022-26. Across that time, the Vancouver, British Columbia native led the Blue and Gold to a cumulative record of 67-25, their first-ever Sunshine State Conference championship, and back-to-back national tournaments.
In addition to being a two-time All-SSC player, Foreman finished her career near the top of the Embry-Riddle record book in plenty of statistics, including being tied for second in games played (64) and game-winning goals (6), third in games started (59) and assists (73), fourth in career points (198), and sixth in goals (125).

Her leadership ability on the field was shown through Foreman being named a team captain each of her final three seasons with ERAU. In the classroom, she earned a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Physiology in 2023 before completing her master's degree in Human Factors Psychology in May 2026 and was a three-time winner of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
Foreman's previous coaching experience includes time spent as a lacrosse instructor for First Nations youth, promoting skill development, teamwork, and confidence through sport.
