Dillard enters into his first year as a graduate assistant coach ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

The Jacksonville, Florida native was a member of the Eagles' program for four seasons, playing in three. Dillard appeared in 33 contests for ERAU, averaging 3.0 points per game. He finished his career for the Blue and Gold as a four-time Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll honoree and a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award Winner in 2025.
