Rebecca Kleckner

Rebecca Kleckner joined Embry-Riddle Sports Medicine staff as an assistant athletic trainer in the Fall of 2024. Kleckner comes to Embry-Riddle from Pine Ridge High School where she spent two years as an athletic trainer. She supported the day-to-day operation while also aiding injured athletes in returning to play safely.
 
Kleckner had clinical collegiate experience in the Fall of 2020 at the University of Central Florida Athletic Assoc. Inc. working with football, women’s basketball, and women’s volleyball. Her other clinical rotations included Montverde Academy, Windermere High School, and Edgewater High School where she gained knowledge and techniques in Graston, myofascial decompression, Kt tape, and muscle energy technique.
 
Kleckner has a bachelor’s degree in health and rehabilitation science with a minor in exercise science, and Korean and Asian studies from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to this degree, she participated in the University of Pittsburgh Exchange program, spending time in South Korea and Shanghai. Kleckner earned her Master of Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida.
