Zach Phillips joined the ERAU staff in August 2025 as the Athletics Communications Assistant after six years of working with the Embry-Riddle men's basketball program.
Phillips earned his MBA from Embry-Riddle in May of 2025 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Psychology. While a student at ERAU, Phillips also worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for several teams including, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and lacrosse.
He brings valuable athletic experience, having served as the Clubhouse Manager for the Daytona Tortugas during their 2021 season and as an Event Operations Assistant for the 2023 NCAA March Madness tournament.
