Fabian Hilpert's outstanding performance in both matchups last week earned him Embry-Riddle and Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors.
  
Hilpert earned the award in his first week of competition following the hat-trick he scored against Newberry (4-1 win) in the Eagles' home opener. This was the first Eagle hat-trick in 10 years and it was his first collegiate game. In the following game against Georgia Southwestern (T 2-2) Hilpert was the first to get on the board with a goal in the first two minutes of play.
