BABSON PARK, Fla. - Tyler DeBord scored 16 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had three blocks to help the No 8 Embry-Riddle University men's basketball team remain perfect in the Florida Sun Conference with a 66-58 road win at Webber International University Monday night.

The Eagles now 3-0 in the FSC and 18-3 overall led by 13 points with 3:41 to go in the game. However, WIU went on a 9-0 run over the next two minutes trimming the lead to 62-58 with 1:15 left. ERAU missed a shot on their next possession and Webber had a shot to cut the lead to two, but Chesmon Evans' jumper from the free throw line with 28 seconds to go rimmed out and Ryan Exter was fouled. Exter sank both free throws to ice the game with 22 ticks left.

ERAU returns to action on Thursday at DBCC when they host Savannah College of Art and Design at 7 p.m. It's canned food drive night, bring any canned food item and get in free, all proceeds go to the Salvation Army. A special presentation before the game will be made to Steve Ridder for his selection as NAIA Athletic Director of the Year for 2005-06.
