Biography

RIDDER REFLECTS: “We like where Ryan Exter is right now and we simply describe him as an absolute weapon.  When he steps on the floor you better be guarding him with great pressure because he has quick feet and can get to spots, but his range with three-point shooting is just a weapon.  He’s got a quick release and can create a shot off the druibble and we’re glad he’s on our team.  We have to continue on that path where he can successful on both ends of the floor.  I think for him the main thing he worked on is improving his consistency.  He knows how important he is to our team and has worked hard to be able to contribute at even a higher level this season.”
