DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle men's soccer team returned to the pitch after nearly two weeks away as the Eagles would play their third match of 2017 on Saturday night against the Saint Leo Lions. The game went to double overtime tied at one apiece until the Lions scored in the 108

The first goal of the match came in the 60

Daniel Gylfason scoring on a spectacular bicycle kick from the left side thanks to a throw in by

Magnus Magnusson twice appeared to give the home team a two-goal advantage with fantastic headers off a pair of corners, but the first was saved and the second glanced off the crossbar as the Eagles remained up by just one goal.
In the 86
th minute the Lions evened the score with a goal by Guillaume Campos as the ball bounced around the box as the Eagle defense attempted to clear it from danger.
Both teams would go scoreless the rest of regulation and the game would go to overtime.
