DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Embry-Riddle baseball team was unable to avoid a series sweep at the hands of Rollins on Sunday, falling to the Tars 7-1 in both teams' second Sunshine State Conference series of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Tristan Harley struck out five and scattered two runs and four hits in 5.2 innings in his fifth start of the season.
• Nick Berger earned the win for Rollins, allowing one run and three baserunners and recorded five strikeouts in eight innings of work.
• The Tars used a walk and two hits, including a ground rule double to plate two runs in the second inning.
• After five scoreless innings, the Tars scored four runs on four hits, a hit by pitch and a walk to go up 6-0 in the top of the eighth.

Alex Imposimato extended his hitting streak to 12 games with a single up the middle in the home half of the eighth.

Elias Campbell, running for Imposimato, moved to second when
Timo Aracena earned a free pass, and scored the Eagles' only run of the game on a Tar throwing error.
• The Tars added another run in the ninth to close out the scoring.
