Brooklynn Gould was the sole Eagle to earn Peach Belt Conference Weekly honors this week, following a strong performance at the Bryan Clay Multi Event hosted by Azusa Pacific.
Gould broke the Embry-Riddle program record in the heptathlon with an impressive 5,260 points. Her performance was highlighted by a personal-best long jump of 5.89 meters, which earned her the title of PBC Female Field Athlete of the Week honors. In addition to her success in the field, Gould also delivered on the track, clocking the fastest 800m ever recorded in the heptathlon bu an ERAU athlete with a time of 2:15.97, and running her fastest 200m since joining Embry-Riddle, crossing the line in 25.30.
