HOW IT HAPPENED
Game 1
• NSU scored five runs on five hits in the first two inning to take a 5-0 lead.
• In the bottom of the second Drew Clymer legged out a single and scored on Dylan Bruno's second double of the year.
• Bruno crossed the plate himself on an Elias Campbell single to left to make it a 5-2 game.
• The Sharks combined for six runs in the fifth and sixth stanzas to increase their lead to 11-2.
• The Eagles got two runs back in an eighth inning that included singles from Clymer, Collin Mastromauro and AJ Marinello, but the Sharks scored five in the top of the ninth to secure the win.
• Marinello was 2-for-3 with a walk, a double and a run scored, while Tyler Donay surrendered seven runs on 10 hits to take the loss.

Game 2
• The Sharks scored a run each in the second and third innings to take a 2-0 lead.
• After ERAU starter Cole Turner retired the side in order in the top of the fourth, Cooper Schmidt singled and got all the way to third on a Shark throwing error in the bottom of the inning.
• Marinello's single to left scored Schmidt and cut the NSU lead in half.
• A two-run home run increased the Shark lead to 4-1 in the seventh and the visitors added a fifth run in the ninth.
• The Eagles got off to a promising start in the home half of the ninth as a Marinello single and a Timo Aracena double put runners in scoring position with no outs.
• A ground out and a flyout sent both runners across, but the rally ended when Federico Zapata, who went the distance on the mound for the Sharks, induced a flyout to end the game.
• Marinello and Schmidt had two hits each, while Turner, who got his first start of the season on Friday, took the loss after allowing two runs on six hits in 4.2 innings of work.
