ERAU Student-Athletes Earn D2 ADA Academic Achievement Honors

CLEVELAND, Ohio –The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) announced the 2024-25 recipients of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award on Thursday. Embry-Riddle Athletics had 171 individuals receive the award.

The men's track and field team led the way for the Eagles with 22 award winners followed closely behind by the baseball team, which had 21 recipients. 
 
Now in its 18th year, the D2 ADA is a program that recognizes the academic accomplishments of student-athletes at the Division II level. In total, there were 22,756 student-athletes from 202 institutions recognized for the 2024-25 Academic Achievement Award, marking the most student-athletes recognized since the inception of the program.
 
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or greater on a 4.0 scale, have attended a minimum of two years (four semesters) of college level work, and have been an active member of an intercollegiate team during his/her last academic year.
