KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Embry-Riddle guard Jared Berry has been named to the Small College Basketball (SCB) Bevo Francis Top 100 Watch List, as announced by the organization on Thursday.

The Clarence "Bevo" Francis Award has been presented annually to honor the best men's collegiate basketball player at a non-NCAA Division I institution. The award is open to athletes at the NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA, USCAAA, and NCCAA levels.

The redshirt junior from Apopka, Fla., makes the list after a stellar first half of the 2025-26 season. Through 15 games, Berry leads the Eagles in scoring with 18.9 ppg while shooting 42.6% from the field, ranking fourth in the Sunshine State Conference in scoring average. He has scored 20-plus points seven times this season.

In addition, his leadership from the point position has elevated to the top of the SSC as the league's leader in total assists (84) and second in assists per game (5.6), ranking 12th in NCAA Division II in assists per game.

Thursday's announcement from SCB marks the third time an ERAU men's basketball player made the award's Top 100 Watch List. Berry joins former Eagle standouts Romeo Crouch and Luka Majstorovic as the program's only representatives for the award that dates to 2015-16. Crouch is a two-time watch list honoree, advancing to the top 25 during the 2021-22 season.

The top 100 will be cut to 50 and announced on Feb. 15 with the top 25 set for a Mar. 15 announcement. On Apr. 5, the finalists will be released with the Bevo Francis Award presented on Apr. 7.
