DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – In a tightly contested match at the Crotty Tennis Complex, Embry-Riddle men's tennis edged No. 10 Wingate 4-3 on Friday afternoon, earning the Eagles their third top 10 win of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Embry-Riddle took the first doubles match on court one as Marc Mail and Enrico Rosellini paired up for a 6-3 win over Martino Colabella and Emil Remsted.
- Wingate returned with a 7-5 victory on court two as Jashan Joachim and Francesco Gatti defeated Mason Cisco and Manuel Lanteri.
- The doubles point came down to court two as Joao Morgado and Joshua Nuyts stood firm in a 7-6 (7-5) win over Rodrigo De la Torre and Carlo Rosellini.
- With a one-point edge, ERAU moved to a two-point lead thanks to singles play from Lanteri on court three who won 6-4, 6-4 over Remsted.
- Wingate gathered a point back with Rosellini retiring the match at No. 2 singles.
- The Bulldogs tied the match with a win on court four, defeating Nuyts 6-4, 7-5.
- Morgado shifted the match back in favor of the Eagles with a three-set win (3-6, 6-4, 6-4), leading the Eagles to a 3-2 lead.
- Frederic Tu clinched a match for the third time this season, with a 0-6, 7-5, 6-4 outing against Gatti on court six.
- Mail fell in three sets to Rosellini on court won, moving the ERAU lead to 4-3.
